Promotion in the FAT: A Brigadier General named Yark Damehane ...

The Minister of Security and Civil Protection, Yark Damehane is promoted to the rank of Brigadier General of the Togolese Armed Forces (FAT), the Afreepress News Agency has learned from several sources close to the mute.

Land degradation is a reality in Togo. According to figures put forward by the Ministry of the Environment, each year 4.14% of the land (nationally) succumb to the phenomenon.
