An international communications group is looking for a CFO at least 35 years old.


 RESPONSIBILITIES AND MISSIONS
• Define strategic directions in administrative, financial and accounting matters,
• Supervise budgetary operations and analyze the financial situation of the Agency,
• Organize and supervise the maintenance of accounting books and the preparation of financial and accounting balance sheets
• Ensure the availability of financial dashboards that can help the board of directors to make decisions
• Monitor management with external and domestic service providers,
• Organize and supervise the purchasing functions of goods and services,
• Organize and oversee human resources management, contract management and monitoring
• Lead a team spread over several countries,
• Execute under the supervision of the General Manager all the missions entrusted to him and falling within the scope of his qualifications

PROFILE REQUIRED
• Hold a Postgraduate Diploma of Bac +5 level in management, accounting, finance or similar training
• Justify at least eight (8) years of professional experience relevant to a similar position
• Be bilingual (French - English)
• Master the administrative drafting
• Master the financial resources management policy and Accounting
• Mastering Accounting and Financial Techniques
• Mastering Financial Analysis
• Proficient in office software, accounting and tax treatment software
• Be able to produce financial statements and develop a budget
• Be able to analyze the structure of a balance sheet and an income statement
• Have good knowledge of regulatory and prudential ratios
• Know how to anticipate and manage personnel conflicts
• Know how to organize and control the work of employees
• Be able to coordinate a multidisciplinary team;
• Have the analytical and synthesis spirit
• Have a sense of listening and respect for confidentiality;
• demonstrate autonomy, rigor and respect for deadlines;
• Have good interpersonal skills and initiative;
• Know how to manage priorities;
• Be able to do several things at once and manage stress;
• To be methodical, rigorous and of good character.

Ibi Ugwu (Male Circumcision) In Igbo Land

The act of circumcising babies in Igbo land is an ancient culture and tradition of the Igbo people which has its origin from their traditional religions. “Circumcision is the act of removing female genitalia, or a simple fold of skin (foreskin and prepuce) that covers the head of an un-erect penis”.
