AJEDI announces two new days of medical action in Kégué and Djagblé



In October 2016, this association, which was in the process of becoming an NGO in two key areas of development in Togo (health and education), successfully organized the same days in Anfamé, one of the popular neighborhoods of the capital Lomé. More than two hundred people were consulted with care and follow-up.


After the stage of Anfamé (a popular district located at the exit EST of the capital Lomé) in the last quarter of the year 2016, AJEDI - Association of the Young people for the Entraide and the Integral Development announces two new days of actions Medical services to the delight of Togolese populations in extreme need on 21 and 25 May.

"We are preparing for new actions, notably on the 21st at Kégué on the premises of the school 'NOUVEAU MONDE' and a few days later, on May 25th in Djagblé", announced the project manager of the association M. Mawulé Amoussouvi affirming the interest of these actions in health for the association.

"We put an emphasis on health because we have the conviction and it is a secret of punch, that the one who has health has life. We want to fight with our people every time we have the opportunity to bring them a taste for life that is only a reflection of perfect health, "he said.

Djegno Kodjovi, President of the Youth Association for Mutual Aid and Integral Development, said that 200-300 people would be consulted free of charge by a high-level medical body that had proved its worth in the first edition.

The medical day will be led by Doctor De Robert Myriam, general practitioner specializing in Tropical Medicine at the Private Clinic 'Biasa' in Lomé.


"Around her, young people (nurses or assistants) will put their hands to the pulp for successful days on 21 and 25 May 2017," said Mr. Djegno.

These two medical days will be held in partnership with the French Union of French Foreign Countries - Togo section chaired by Jean Philippe MAIZOUE And with the financial support of the French deputy Alain Marsaud (in charge of French from abroad).

At every stage, while those in need of counseling or health care are being consulted, there will be football for, says President Djegno, "to send a message of peace, fraternity and National unity ".

Trophies and medals will be distributed from time to time to athletes and teams.

In the first edition, approximately 200 people, mainly the elderly, were able to benefit from consultations, testing of palu and obtained medicines for the continuation of home care.

After having evolved during more than 08 in friendly, AJEDI became an association solidly created in 2013. Since then, she works to become an international NGO by playing on her credibility and the talents of these members in Lomé and in the diaspora.

Nearly 200 Togolese workers falsely dismissed by the Chinese company CRBC
