The FTBB appoints National Team Coaches

The Togolese Basketball Federation (FTBB) has appointed the coaches of the national teams. The information is made public through a press release dated May 15, 2017 and signed by its president André Goungou.

The various national basketball teams in Togo now each have a coach in good standing. According to the press release, this answers "to the new format of the FIFA competitions implemented from 2017".

These appointments were made on the "proposal of the National Technical Director and after study", reads the document.

- Omar Salou, coach of the men's national senior team
- Komla Gadégbekou, coach of the national senior women's team
- Firmin M'Ba, national junior boys team coach
- Aboudou-Fataou Gado, coach of the national junior girls team
- Djodjo Jophiel Agbenou, coach of the national boys team
- Yao Aholou Agbetoka, coach of the national junior girls team.

These coaches will designate their assistants and work in concert with the National Technical Directorate, the statement said.
