Dapaong pays tribute to peacekeepers



After the United Nations tribute to the seven Togolese blue helmets fallen on the battlefields in Mali, the Togolese are also forced to sacrifice to the tradition. On Monday 29 May, a day dedicated to peacekeepers, the Togolese civil society forum for development honors the victims of Mali.

The Togolese civil society forum for development honors these soldiers for their professionalism, dedication and courage. This rotating celebration takes place this year in the city of Dapaong.

For Kadjassou Amouzou, a study officer at the Togolese civil society forum for development, "every year, the Togolese civil society forum for development celebrates this day to pay tribute to our brave soldiers who fell on the fields of Battle to bring peace to different countries in the world ".

The association celebrates these soldiers with cultural activities, caravans, training workshops, lectures and debates. They accompany the families of the disappeared and help them, especially in the education of children.

Nearly 200 Togolese workers falsely dismissed by the Chinese company CRBC

Nearly 200 employees of the Chinese company CRBC (China Road and Bridge Corporation) to rehabilitate the roads Lomé-Vogan-Afoin and Lome-Noépé, were falsely dismissed this week.
