Antoine Randolph calls on the Togolese people to resume their fight

The inaction of the Coalition of 14 against the procrastination of the regime does not reassure the diaspora. In a message to the Togolese people, Antoine Randolph, one of the leaders of the Togolese Resistance Committee (CTR) invites him to resume his struggle for liberation.

CONSPIRACY AGAINST THE PEOPLE REVEALS ON THE BIG DAY!

Dear Patriotes of the Togolese Resistance,
Dear fellow citizens,

Thanks to the initiative of the PNP - Pan-African National Party - and its President, Master Atchadam Tikpi, the people resolutely stood up on 19 August against the neocolonial, military and mafia dictatorship ruled by the Gnassingbe for 50 years. The people realized that day that they could regain their freedom, regain justice and take their destiny to rebuild Togo, plunged into misery and suffering multiple fractures.

It is these deep and legitimate aspirations that animate the people to remain standing for seven months without fail and that they accept immense sacrifices caused by the savage repression of the autocratic and demonic system of Gnassingbe father and son.

Reconstructing on sound foundations can only be truly achieved if the dictatorial system is completely disintegrated and the independence and sovereignty of our country is reconquered.

It is therefore, for us, the patriots, a struggle for national liberation. A liberation struggle has no shortcut and is not made to please a particular head of state or this or that international institution. She is therefore unconditional vis-à-vis abroad! Otherwise, she is not liberating. Even if it leads to peace, it will be a peace of submission, without freedom and justice. To want to please the foreigner is to lack the character and to make an agent from abroad! Why General de Gaulle, at the end of the Second World War, was opposed to his liberators Americans and English who wanted to place the France sub-tutelage Anglo-American? Did not he threaten them with guerrilla warfare by calling on his guerrillas? Let's be real patriots and count on our own strength!

Let us understand well that the objective of the international community, this same community which supports for 50 years the dictatorship that we fight, is different from ours. She does not hold the truth, but interests! It wants only through the dialogue "Lomé 2018" to lubricate the rusty machinery of the dictatorial system that is to say, somewhat relax this system while expanding the social base of the pillage minority. This means that there will not be a real and big change: instead of the people wearing a chain and iron handcuffs, they will now be made of copper! The international community - including France - does not want Togo to produce waves in the globalized system of looting of the black continent. This is the real reason for the dialogue and many parties in the 14-member coalition have baited and swear by dialogue and the international community to hope to lead the new pillage minority later! The PNP has tracked the trap and wants to deviate from it to save the salvation of the struggle and the future of the country.

It is therefore no surprise that this community suddenly invites the protagonists "to respect the commitments made as part of the preparation of the first sessions of the inter-Togolese dialogue that began on February 19". This statement comes at the right moment when the divergence between the PNP and the other parties of the coalition about the resumption or not of the march appears. Clearly, she does not want the marches resume. As a result, it implicitly supports the 13 other parties and the dictatorial regime that fears the march as an expression of political distrust, even if it invites in its declaration that it respects its commitments. Why had she not done it earlier since the beginning of the suspension of the dialogue to call the RPT / UNIR regime to order ?! Why are the immediate sanctions provided for in the Cotonou Agreement agreements for serious and massive violations of human rights not enforced? Why has the UN report on the 2005 massacres gone unheeded? Can the international community and the facilitator require Faure Gnassingbe, as defense minister and supreme commander of the armed forces, to show us missing and missing detainees, kidnapped by the repressive forces and sent to unknown destinations? Are they still alive? Who disturbs peace? Who violates human rights? The so-called "appeasement measures" are rather measures or corrective actions of the errors of the regime. This one repairs one and commits ten other errors instead! Who's cheating? Where is peace, where is peace? Where is the facilitator?

The coalition fell into the trap set by the regime and the international community. It condemns itself to inaction because, as no one knows the duration of this dialogue, it will enter the infernal cycle formed by "dialogue- suspension- resumption of dialogue and suspension and so on" without wanting or being able to organize any march ! Everything is calculated to bring Faure Gnassingbé in 2020, and more, if we sit idly by waiting for the results of this famous dialogue! Moreover, in his agenda no point mentions the immediate resignation of Faure Gnassingbé!

This is why in my last message entitled "Togolese people, your hour of glory is coming because joy is approaching!" I thought it wise to warn our resistance movement and the people by writing: "The institutional opposition has not sovereignty over the Togolese people. It must not, under any circumstances, take the people hostage and concoct a bitter potion from a meeting called "27th Dialogue" or "Lomé 2018". Not daring to show off, a throbbing conspiracy like a charming but venomous snake hides behind a naive feminine presence to fulfill this task: "we will not let go" ... but, in fact, you let go of everything. sweetness! In no case, no 2020 for Faure Gnassingbe and his clique!

This conspiracy thus begins to reveal itself; it is secretly expressed in the purpose of the international community and the way in which it must unfold in a staged dialogue "Lomé 2018".

The Coalition coordinator is waiting for a signal to come out of her crystal ball to find out what the institutional opposition will have to do "We are waiting for a signal that will tell us: this is it, we are on the road to success , let's continue to negotiate. Or who will say to us: not on the contrary the adversary is always refractory. And then we will intensify this fight more beautifully ", Yet, desperate, she has not recently recognized, tweeting, that the dialogue has entered a process of blockage? How many signals does the coalition still expect to know that this dialogue of the deaf, at the current stage of our struggle, can not lead to anything positive for the people? If he gave birth to a mouse it would be a dupe agreement as were the other 26!

Why is dialogue not the solution at this stage of our struggle?

In addition to the peculiarities of any form of struggle, nonviolent struggle and armed struggle have certain common features or common rules, such as time management (speed, speed, timing, surprise effect, predictable duration of time). an action)
In our action or non-violent struggle time management leaves a lot to be desired and the strategy is unreadable. Time management is very important in the construction of victory; it is fundamental. What will happen if a battalion of soldiers on open ground, instead of advancing on the enemy, remains static and postpones its offensive each time at a later date? The moment of dialogue is also important because it depends, in my opinion, on the balance of power and the expected objective. This means that the result of the dialogue stems mainly from the balance of power and not from the correctness of the cause advocated. In the opinion of all researchers and experts in nonviolent struggle like the American Gene Sharp, it is only when the dictatorial system is in disintegration and the dictator, helpless, tries to escape that the Democrats, out of compassion, negotiate a corridor to escape. Otherwise one always ends up with an agreement of dupes because the dictatorial system is still strong; that's our case!

The suspension of the march for about six weeks is more convenient for the dictatorial system which was at first surprised then almost suffocated by our popular demonstrations. This time allows him to reorganize himself, to stock up on war materials, to buy consciences, to pursue unilaterally the preparation of the electoral process, to continue, and above all, the repression in the country: prolonged siege of northern cities, the Kparatao population, the kidnapping of young people and students, the arrests and intimidations of doctors, university professors, teachers, trade unionists, strikers, civil society leaders, unfair dismissals of strikers, etc. Faced with all these muscular gestures of the system dictatorship, supposedly responsible political parties engaged in the liberation struggle, can they sit idle and just wait for the resumption of dialogue? Is it not a non-assistance to someone in danger? Are not the walkers also workers and the announcement by the PNP about the resumption of the marches is quite justified even if there are "rules that must be respected" within of the coalition! No ! It's not that the PNP has "gone a little too quickly" because the 13 other parties were dragging their feet! Could the defense of human life not be above these rules? it's because the other 13 parties were dragging their feet! Could the defense of human life not be above these rules? it's because the other 13 parties were dragging their feet! Could the defense of human life not be above these rules?

The probable announcement next week of the date of the resumption of the dialogue should not be considered as a victory of the waiters because it is part of the scenario described above! To reveal the truth coldly is not to be a "prophet of misfortune" but rather to be lucid and rational; it is looking for the mechanisms to promote real change and not surf the change that the dialogue "Lomé 2018" can not offer.
In revolutionary whirlwinds, the neocolonial system also seeks to conserve and perpetuate itself. That is why the international community quickly pushed the opposition to accept this early dialogue to cut the grass under the feet of the people so as, on the one hand, to freeze it in immobility - hence the interest the suspension of the marches - and, on the other hand, to reform and broaden the social base of the ruling class by incorporating elements of this opposition who consider themselves unjustly removed from the manger. We are already used to this way of working in this country!

The Coué method does not work well in politics because the more we try to reassure the people is that we are already moving away, more and more, from the objectives that he would like or would like to achieve. For this purpose, our people would need to be mothered !!!
Valiant Togolese people! You are sovereign! Dear Companions of the Patriotic Resistance! Let's stand firm, mobilized and awake! Let us not fall asleep by the sirens singing! Let's listen to our ancestors who have left us this legacy! Listen to our Martyrs who shed their blood for our freedom! Let us listen to our country, which groans under oppression and barbarism! Let us listen to our hearts that beat in unison for the liberation of our country and our continent! Let's be actors of our liberation ourselves!

Our two fundamental demands are the immediate departure of Faure Gnassingbé and the end of the dictatorship. The other claims whose return of the original constitution of 1992 will be immediately taken into account after the victory. We have tears in our eyes when we see the state of our country! The dictatorial system is out of breath, it has shown its limits, it continuously engenders only disasters: it is irreformable! It can only be replaced by a new system: democratic, socially just and equitable, benevolent and tolerant! Bismarck said, "It is better a disastrous end than an endless disaster! "

If the results of the next resumption of the dialogue do not correspond to our expectations then we will have to take our responsibilities and our destiny in hand! To free ourselves from the guardianship of the coalition and to articulate the popular resistance, the non-violent action on the civil society and its diaspora with the contribution of the patriotic political parties and resolutely decided to put an end to this dictatorial, neocolonial and demonic regime! We already say no to any form of cohabitation!

Valiant Togolese people! I am very sensitive to all your sacrifices and sufferings. All this deserves respect and admiration. Only true liberation can heal your wounds, erase your scars and dry your tears. Our liberation from the bloody regime of the RPT / UNIR will depend on our determination and ability to organize ourselves, to mobilize ourselves to liberate ourselves. The country counts on each of her daughters and on each of her sons! All together united for the good of all, We will win! Joy approaches! Vox Populi vox dei !

Long live the liberation of the Earth from our ancestors, the Gold of humanity!

ABLODE! FEZIRE! FEZIYE! ABLODE GBADZA!

Oruko Amutorunwa (Pre-Destined Names) In Yorubaland

Ibeji (Twins) In Yoruba land, one of the most important things done when a child is born is to give the child a name. This comes after the child’s ritual birth, massage of specific body parts and other rites as well. Names are given to the child by the father, mother, grandparents (paternal and maternal) and some close relatives also. But sometimes, the circumstance of a child’s birth will automatically give the child a name. This name is known as ‘orúko àmútọ̀runwá’ (pre-destined or generic name) in Yorubaland. The most common generic names (orúko àmútọ̀runwá) in Yoruba land are ‘Taiwo‘ and ‘Kehinde‘ (altogether known as Ìbejì) which are given to twins. The first born of the twins is called Táíwò, a shortened form of Tò-aiyé-wò (taste the world) while the last born of the twins is called Kéhìndé which literally means “the last to come”. Contrary to the popular belief that Taiwo, being the first born of the twins, is old

Togo now has its plan to combat land degradation

Land degradation is a reality in Togo. According to figures put forward by the Ministry of the Environment, each year 4.14% of the land (nationally) succumb to the phenomenon. And it is in response to the problem that the Government launched last March, the Program of definition of the national targets on neutrality in land degradation (PDC / NDT). On Thursday in Lomé, environmental experts validated a document that will serve as a blueprint for sustainable land management in Togo. This document, which estimates that 23,500 hectares of land are degraded each year in Togo between 2000 and 2010, has already identified national targets assessed on the basis of indicators such as land use, net productivity or carbon. According to the Secretary General of the Ministry of Environment and Forest Resources, Sama Boundjouw, these targets and their measures to be validated will become guidelines for any actor involved in the fight against land degradation in Togo during the next twelve
