Bouladè is one of the six townships of Assoli Prefecture in the Kara region. Built along the Nationale N ° 1, this canton is provided with a primary school of 270 students and a general education college of 250 students, two structures erected in front of a Peripheral Care Unit USP which receives on average 150 patients in the month, and who does not have a water pump. Since Saturday, March 17, 2018, this is no longer the case. Patients admitted to this health center may have access to drinking water to eat, if only to take a paracetamol tablet.
It is in a festive atmosphere, tinged with thanks, words of satisfaction and pride, that the people, standing behind the leaders and dignitaries of the locality, have received a brand new electric drilling of a depth of 80 meters with a tank with a capacity of 2,000 liters of water. The device will serve the health center, and all the local populations who are sorely lacking water.
The benefactor is none other than a child of the middle, more and more known to his penchant for social works: ARASA (Association of the Nationals of Assoli in America) that represented Mr. Aboubakar Amadou, president of the new office of this diasporic organization of sons and daughters of the prefecture of Assoli. For about 4 million CFA in equity from monthly contributions of members of the association, ARASA for a second time invested to come to the rescue of the canton of Bouladè who did not know where to give the head to quench its thirst, when on the great sunny days of the dry seasons, the gullies and the wells dry up.
"When the nurse prescribes a medicine to a patient, it takes water to take it. Water is life, "said the head of the canton of Bouladè, Mr. Ali Adam Kassimou, who hastened to set up a drilling management committee set up before the USP of the canton. The beneficiaries of course thanked and blessed their donor children, promising to manage the borehole with great care.
ARASA aims a social achievement per year in a canton of the prefecture of Assoli
"We have not forgotten the difficulties left behind, we sons and daughters from this prefecture who live in America" declined Mr. Aboubakar Amadou. He stressed that the ARASA was not at its first realization, noting the repair of a building of the CEG Bafilo up to 3 million CFA francs, the construction of a first borehole in Koumondè in 2017 without forgetting donations of drugs and the like to ARASA's assets in such a short time.
"Our ambition is to be able to realize a social work by year and by canton of the prefecture of Assoli" he added. The ceremony of presentation of the jewel to the population was attended by the representative of the prefect of Assoli Mr. Tchagafo. A great rain showered the locality, a kind of divine blessing to ARASA's investment which today seems to be the only diasporic organization in Togo that is illustrated in the acts, which are better than the press releases and speeches. ARASA is doing its part.
