The management of the Institute of Information Sciences, Communication and the Arts (ISICA) of the University of Lomé changes hands. The former minister of communication Kouméalo Anaté would be promised.
According to our information, Mrs. Kpakpo Afiwa Pepevi, the current Director of this institute, will be replaced by the former minister, teacher and writer, Germaine Kouméalo Anaté.
The reasons for this replacement are not disclosed.
As a reminder, ISICA was created on 05 October 2004 at the University of Lomé. In three (3) years, he trains professional graduates in the professional sectors, in particular Professional Journalism, Communication of Organizations, Advertising and Graphic Arts.
