Professor of Philosophy at the University of Lomé, Ayayi Togoata Apedoh-Amah criticizes the legal debates around the retroactivity of the law. Read more!
Back to the Constitution: Revolution does not make legalism
I hear and read here and there polemics that I consider unreasonable given the stakes of the hour. Let us not waste our time with junior junkies who come to serve us the indigestible courses on retroactivity or not concerning the return of the lock of the second mandate. In other words, does Faure Eyadema Gnassingbe have to leave immediately or not?
Of course yes!!!
With this debate that has no place in a revolutionary process, the Togolese must understand that the enemies of the people seek to distract by sending their devil's advocates to the front. We must refuse any debate that moves us away from our main objective: the departure of the service tyrant and his Rpt / Urine clique. Where were these corrupt jurists when Faure E. Gnassingbe made his bloody coup? No one has seen or heard them denounce the rape of the Constitution by their master of today.
