Reforms will not be discussed during the special session of the National Assembly announced for Tuesday, September 12th. This special session will be devoted to the study of the parliament's budget.
According to the explanations of Christophe Tchao, chairman of the parliamentary group of the presidential party, the preliminary draft of reforms adopted by the government is not yet submitted to the national representation.
He said that the special session on Tuesday had been scheduled for some time.
It is therefore a delusion to believe that the government has urgently begun the project of reforms as is assumed.
