Faure Gnassingbe reacts to the death of Pitang Tchalla



At least, the Togolese head of state will not remain silent about the death of one of his men.



Faure Gnassingbé responded through his twitter account. "I learned with great sadness of the death of Mr. Pitang Tchalla, president of the HAAC, a man of duty and great qualities," wrote Faure Gnassingbé. And to sympathize with the pain of the family. "In the name of the Togolese people and in my own name, I offer my condolences to the family of the illustrious disappeared". At least for the death of the president of the HAAC, Faure Gnassingbé was obliged to react. In short, waiting for his reaction on the socio-political events that have been shaking the country for some time.

Togo now has its plan to combat land degradation

Land degradation is a reality in Togo. According to figures put forward by the Ministry of the Environment, each year 4.14% of the land (nationally) succumb to the phenomenon. And it is in response to the problem that the Government launched last March, the Program of definition of the national targets on neutrality in land degradation (PDC / NDT).
