The situation prevailing in Aneho worries more than one. The ocean could invade the whole city at any moment.
The small example is given yesterday by the sea which went to visit the population at home, in the houses.
Yet it has been several years since experts asked the government about the actions to be taken so that this city would not disappear one day from the map. But the calls seem to fall into deaf ears. At most, it is a few insignificant devices installed on the edge of the ocean (in Aného) to curb its progress.
And for this, it was necessary to organize an official ceremony pompously mediated during the inauguration of the dikes that year, with the presence of Faure Gnassingbé in the city of Aného.
Today, everything indicates the folklore has removed to the sea the desire to gain a little more space.
For the Democrats, it is the regime in place that is responsible for this situation. "Democrats rebelled against RPT-UNIR's indifference to the plight of the Aneho populations invaded by the ocean," the party twisted.
