The Malagasy Minister of Foreign Affairs and President of the Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie, Béatrice Atallah, visited Lomé. She came to note the progress of the preparations for the 33rd meeting of this conference scheduled from 24 to 26 November 2017.
Togo is hosting the 33rd Ministerial Conference of la Francophonie on 24, 25 and 26 November. Arriving in the Togolese capital to appreciate the preparations for this great rendezvous, she has, according to her visit, declared that Togo is ready.
During her stay, Beatrice Atallah had a working session with the Organizing Committee of the conference and met with the political authorities. She concluded that the preparatory team did a good job. She then called on each other to work in synergy to make this three-day meeting a success.
"I can tell you without worry that I leave Lomé very satisfied and without any worry. After having had working sessions with my brother Robert Dussey, the personal representative of the Togolese Head of State and the technical staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Togo, I am truly reassured of Togo's capacity to fulfill its role as Host country of the 33rd Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie, "she said.
