Two suspected criminals in police custodyThursday afternoon, Tabligbo police presented two suspected criminals to the press.

The two suspected criminals, Djodji Kossi alias "Are" of Togolese nationality, living in Tabligbo, 32 years old and Zokpodo Dieudonné, 24 years old, of Beninese nationality, are complicit with a certain Mawuli, currently on the run to Benin, according to our colleagues Speranza FM from Tabligbo.

According to Pagnan Hessouwe, a first-class police officer in charge of the Tabligbo police station, it is a vast network within which there are even minors of the city.

The latter operate with hand-made automatic pistols which they confess to having bought in Benin in addition to other tools including hammers, knives, nail-pullers, iron bars, fronds.

When questioned, the two criminals acknowledged the allegations against them. They will therefore be placed at the disposal of the justice to answer their actions. From Tabligbo

Land degradation is a reality in Togo. According to figures put forward by the Ministry of the Environment, each year 4.14% of the land (nationally) succumb to the phenomenon.
