Togo validates the files of two Internet access providers



The Groupement TEOLIS and GVA "is the internet service provider that the government authorizes to serve the Togolese.


In Cabinet Wednesday, the government gave its blessing to Cina Lawson, Minister of Post and Digital Economy to provisionally grant the license to this group of companies providing Internet.

This decision, according to the communiqué released by the government, aims to boost the competitiveness, quality and price of various to the benefit of Internet users.

It should be remembered that these two suppliers were selected from among 15 other suppliers following a call for tender launched by the Ministry of Post and Digital Economy.

Togo now has its plan to combat land degradation

Land degradation is a reality in Togo. According to figures put forward by the Ministry of the Environment, each year 4.14% of the land (nationally) succumb to the phenomenon. And it is in response to the problem that the Government launched last March, the Program of definition of the national targets on neutrality in land degradation (PDC / NDT).
