He is a discreet man but no less powerful from his position in the Togolese army. He is the Commissioner-Colonel Ouro-Bang'na Nassam, Director of Joint Services of the FAT.
On Wednesday, May 10, when he left Johannesburg airport where he had just landed with a delegation, he was the victim of a robbery in which he was hit by two bullets, according to well-informed sources.
The circumstances of this curious robbery are for the moment very vague and raise questions.
