Monrovia Summit: preparatory meetings

The annual ECOWAS summit (15 countries of West Africa) will take place next Sunday in the capital of Liberia in the presence of a dozen heads of state.

Preparatory meetings begin this Wednesday with the Mediation and Peace Council and the ministerial session tomorrow.

The head of the Togolese diplomacy, Robert Dussey, is naturally present.
