Okra soup is popular in this part of the country, it's favored by both adults and children as a very mouthwatering soup when sidled with tomato sauce, meats, fish, crayfish, locust beans etc. Okra also known as lady's fingers is not only delicious but also very nutritious! It contains potassium, vitamin B and C, folic acid, high fiber content and also calcium. Recent studies have suggested that okra can help manage blood sugar levels and this is how it works.

He was the only son of Duke Alberic II (932–954) of Spoleto, then ruler of Rome.
